Our Warranty Policy
Below is a clear outline of our warranty policy:
All work performed from exclusions and sanitations is warrantied automatically for the minimum of 1-year per work order completed, EXCEPT for bats and mice.
Extended warranties are offered only on all work performed for exclusions and sanitations.
Trapping work is NEVER warrantied, as it is designed to address immediate wildlife issues rather than ongoing prevention.
Bats and mice are NEVER warrantied unless specifically mentioned in a signed contract stating the terms of what is being covered under the warranty.
Important Notes:
- Warranty terms apply solely to the work performed by High Country Wildlife.
- Clients are encouraged to discuss warranty options and coverage during the project planning phase.
