Founder and Wildlife Specialist
Travis has an associate degree in Wildlife Management from Hocking Technical College (2011) and extensive hands-on experience, leads inspections, on-site work, and client consultations.
Allison Fleischman
Business Manager
Allison is a Lancaster Bible College graduate with a degree in Biblical Studies. She combines her education and organizational skills to manage the business operations.
Rhen Etzelmiller
Wildlife Specialist, Manager
Rhen graduated from Adams State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organismal Biology, and a minor in Chemistry. Upon graduation he started a career with the Federal Government and functioned as a Wildlife Biologist for over 10 years. He was then led by the Lord into a supervisory role for the Resources Division of a BLM Field Office. In that role he managed and supervised the wildlife program as well as many other programs. He has expertise in a wide variety of wildlife issues and many years of experience with carpentry and construction. He strives to put customers before himself, with excellent communication, and craftsmanship. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Whitney, and they have been blessed with 8 children.
We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of our clients, the humane treatment of wildlife, and the long-term prevention of future wildlife intrusions.
